Kafta or kofta is a well known Lebanese meat and is made with traditional Lebanese spices, parsley, onion and the best mince meat. We make our Kafta fresh everyday using ancient techniques. Made the traditional Lebanese way.
You can eat it raw, on the BBQ or in the oven with freshly sliced tomato, potato and rice.
