Lebanese Raw Meat

Legend has it, raw meat became a traditional dish in Lebanon in the 1850's when the Turkish army was occupying Lebanon. The lebanese rebels were hiding in the mountains and did not want to cook their meat so the Turkish Army would not smell or see the fire.   Lebanese improvised their raw meat range which is still traditionally eaten today.  


Kibbe Nayeh

Is premium lamb mince with crushed wheat and leabanese spices.


Kafta Nayeh

Is premium Kafta mixed with parsley, onion and lebanese spices. 


Assabe Naye 

Is fresh raw lamb liver.


Raw Lamb Fillets

Is premium  fresh raw lamb fillets .
